In Ömerli, Istanbul, our facility operates within a 20,000 m2 production complex, with 5,000 m2 of covered space. With a team of 25 people, we produce bread mixes, seasonings, and functional food products. Our facility is equipped with 4 horizontal spiral mixers and 2 horizontal turbo mixers. The total monthly production capacity is 2,000 tons.
The production area is designed in compliance with the requirements of the Turkish Food Codex and is segregated into Allergen-Free and Halal product zones.
Our facility and products are certified with ISO 22000 and Halal Certification. With the commissioning of new production lines, the BRC process has been initiated.
